Have you seen a FROG a.k.a "TIN KAI" (in cantonese) as big as this?

Daddy's holding the frog for me to take a snapshot before it end up on the plate to serve our tummy.......kekekeke!

See, the frog is approximately 2 feet long........it's a real frog, no joke!

My brother taking a look at the frog that we brought home live, to be store inside the bathroom temporary, it emit horrible sounds at night!

See, he is no fear in holding on to this BIG FROG!

Somemore...posing for me to shoot this picture......hahahaha!

Last weekend, we went to a place called "Sauk", together with my parents and my in-laws. The place near to Kuala Kangsar, at the same time visiting my dad's friend newly open birds' nest house. It was the first day that it officially ready, we saw many swallow flying around the house, probably another successful bird's nest farm in town! We went there for another mission, to try out the hot pot frog, which is claimed to be famous there. We brought along the live frog obtain from my dad's friend, we consume immediately  a restaurant there and brough tback one live to rear in out bathroom for consume later.

It was amazing to try out a wild frog delicacy. It has been ages that i have not seen or consume a wild frog as big as this, live somemore. I can recall the last time we had it was during my teenager time, while i still in my secondary school, where my dad bought it from the jungle. My grandma was still around that time, she will slaughter the frog, and my mom will cook it. After chopping and cutting one frog, it is equivalent to a plate of a whole chicken, or even might be bigger! The frog meat is so tender and juicy! Maybe some of you might feel disgusting to see the wild live frog here. Myself see also scared, but eat, ok lar!

The Lost World Of Tambun, Ipoh

Jeanne was asleep while waiting for Daddy in the que to buy entry tickets, poor girl!

Carmen enjoying Coey's  lifebuoy play

Coey makes her way into Jeanne's swimming suit!

Carmen must be pretty hungry after the play.....non-stop eating junks!

Carmen loves her new yellow rabbit swimming suit, even though a bit oversize on her......

Waiting in the stroller with mummy, while the others having fun, fun, fun, time! Poor mummy & Jeanne!

Jeanne still can enjoy playing with those junks brought!

Year end just over. We enjoy public holiday almost on every week in December. That's why time passes faster without us noticing it. Time really flies! And because we have so many public holidays, the time passes faster than any other month. My sister came back from Singapore, brought her daughter to join us for a trip to The Lost World of Tambun, a place similar to Sunway Lagoon, which also developed by Sunway Group in Ipoh. The place "Tambun" is a famous place of the original 'Tambun Pamelos", now is an upmarket township, compared to previously, Tambun is a small Chinese community town.

It's our first time there, wanting to bring the kids to play water. My usual job is to keep an eye on them and i will be the one who take care of the baggage and taking care of my baby Jeanne. Jeanne will not be allowed to play in water, as she just recover from mild flu. Have to take precaution, not getting her sick again. So i just need to find a good spot and R&R there, while enjoying seeing all of them playing, not forget to entertain my baby Jeanne. I think everybody was happy with the trip, even we didnt make good use of the facilities there!

Desa Waterpark @ 13.12.2009

Both sisters posing while Daddy's got changed.....luckily mommy's handphone camera quality not bad!

I love this post, my baby Jeanne is very sweet!

I like to see Jeanne smiles,  she is my sweetheart, but hubby said her eyes were just like one fine line while she smiles!

Carmen is in action......with her killer gun, BEWARE!

See, Carmen so happily playing in water, even just half an hour time

The water gun that i bought long time ago finally can be use today!

After i have gone thru so many Sunday staying at home alone with both of my sweetheart, finally yesterday hubby told me that this Sunday gonna be a different one, he is not working this Sunday. He has been working on every Sunday since few months back. That means he has been working seven days a week for the past few months.

He asked me to bring both the girls to Genting Highland, he is aware that he has spend very less time with us. Initially that was the plan yesterday. Unfortunately, we all wake up late this morning. So we decided to change our plan. We went for a good breakfast at Dragon-I restaurant in JJ. Then we get back home for a good rest, without rushing. Both of them, Carmen & Jeanne well asleep.....resting and getting ready for the next trip.

Both of them wake up late and off we go.We gone out from our home near to 4pm, we decided to choose Desa Waterpark instead of Sunway Lagoon due time limit, so we choose for a simple one, and save cost also.Sunway Lagoon cost us RM96, while Desa Waterpark only cost us RM40 for 2 adults. Haha....indirectly save more than half!

Unfortunately, the weather also not so good, it began to rain, but luckily, very mild rain, we all still can go for a short fun at the park. We reached there around 4.30pm, the crowd started to dispersed, but we are just entering the park! The truth that we are allowed to be in the water for 30 minutes only, before he park close. The pool that we were in already close within half an hour. So we get changed and went off. Can you imagine that we pay RM40 for 30 minutes fun there? After we all changed, only we notice that the other side of the pool still open!So bad......

Carmen really having a good time there with Daddy inside the pool, while Jeanne and myself is only strolling around the park. I also dont know why i change, because i never have a chance to go in the water! The worst thing is that i forget to bring my camera along! Hopes that my handphone camera works well!

Look-Out-Point a.k.a "Small Genting"

Carmen just recover from her sick, steadily sitting down to wait for our meal

This advertisement grabs my attention, it's one of the restaurant there

The view is so blur....not really clear, but you may notice Petronas Twin Tower if you see carefully!

Last weekend, my in-laws and family were here. My sister in law suggested that we dine at Look-Out-Point, in KL. I have heard of this place, seems interesting. The location is on the hill, the weather is cooling and breezy, just like Cameron Highlands. This place is popular as a hangout place for lovers at night. There are a few restaurants on top of the hill and the view is superb. The whole KL city center can be seen from top of the hill.

So we proceed there, letting go our earlier plan to have buffet steamboat at Subang Jaya. And there we went to. The place indeed is a very nice place, good view, need to climb on top of the hill before reaching the restaurant. I f we arrive there early, probably we dont have to climb up the hill, but, we were late, there were no more parking lot on top of the hill.

The restaurant serves Fusion food, smells good. Maybe because we were all hungry. So we quickly place our order and the first dish was served within 10 minutes, to our surprise. When all the food being served, we all have a same impression, the the food serves there sucks! Nobody can finish off their meal and we only eat fries for dinner. The steak is terrible. We quickly get it done and leave the place for our second round dinner. The total bill is not cheap, but food taste is really an issue to us!

We walked around the area to appreciate it's scenery and view. I just managed to took out my mobile to snap a few pictures that grab my attention. The quality of the photo is not so good as compare to digital camera, but at least something, this is my first and last time of going to dine at LOOK-OUT-POINT!

It seems a big day for Carmen. We all attended her school annual concert 2009 held at Crystal Crown Hotel, Klang lasr weekend. My in-laws purposely came from Ipoh to attend the event. Everyone wake up early, eagerly waiting for the presentation. Unfortunately, the sky's dark, and rained very heavily in the morning!

We send Carmen to school for her preparation & final rehearsal, and then, we all went for our breakfast before we attend the event. We reached the hotel late, luckily the show just starts. We managed to see all the performances.I am amused that such young children can perform very well on stage. All the young children are so talented!

Suspected Dengue Fever

Carmen is getting better, she lazily lying down on her car seat at home to rest

Since we returned to Klang from Ipoh last Sunday, Carmen began to have fever till now. It has been the six day as today. We brought her to see doctor four times already. Even after so many times of seeing different doctor, she still have fever, but has been showing sign of improvement luckily, but just dont understand why fever just cant go away from her.

Concerned family members called in, asking us to send her for blood test, suspected possible of dengue fever, as currently the number of cases in the disease is in the rise, floods in the northern area has affected water accumulation and led it to the breeding ground for mosquitos. This can be a deadly disease if not properly treated.

This morning, we brought her to hospital to seek specialist advice again. But it seems that her condition has been improving. Her fever subsided since yesterday evening, hopefully it didint come back visiting her. The peadiatrician recommends no blood test needed this time, since she is showing signs of improvement and also recommend observation period before we see him again, since she didnt seems to show any signs and symtoms of dengue fever. Thank godness!

Carmen missed her school this whole week, while i missed my work for the whole week as well. She missed all her training and rehearsal for her school concert on this coming Sunday, which means tomorrow she have to go for her school annual concert at Crystal Crown hotel, Klang. I hope she is getting better, and can join in the event, everything has been prepared for her tomorrow. She herself also very excited and awaiting for it!

Daddy's purposely took a day off to see Carmen present on the stage. No doubt that this is another milestone for us as a parent to see our own child present on the stage. I am eagerly awaiting for it to happen!

My secret recipi ~ Baby Food Puree 2

Lately i browse online to find some baby food puree recipis for Jeanne. The information i found are very useful. I found out that homecooked or prepared food puree is much more better and effective for baby digestive system and health. Therefore, i tried to prepare a variety of flavours for Jeanne to try out. Normally i am the first one to taste each recipi that i made. If i like it, i'm sure Jeanne willl too.

I bought some avocados, pears, apples, persimmons, carrots, kiwi fruit and japanese sweet potatos to prepare the puree to her this week. I know that avocado is very nutritious. Myself also like it very much. My first time having it was in an Australian Japanese shop with sushi. It's marvelous. From that day onwards, i love to order sushi with avocado, normally will be available in California roll and Maki sushi. This fruits really melts in your mouth!

Generally, i know that Avocado is good in the sense that it may helps to lower down bad cholesterol level and increase the good cholesterol level, if eaten 7 days continously, with proven results. Besides that, it also is a natural antibacterial component. It is also very high in fiber content.

Therefore, my recipis today is featuring Avocados. Today i have made a few combinations. I have (1) Avocado & Apple, (2) Avocado with Kiwi, and finally is (3) Avocado & Apple & Persimmons. I think the best combination is Avocado with Apple. I suddenly realise that apple goes very well with other fruits. Thrust me, it's true. I have tried out a few combinations with apples that gave me a superb results.

Here are a few of my featured recipis.........
