Sisters' Bathtime Fun Fun Fun

I always ask Carmen a question before showering her. I want her to be aware that she needs to take bath, by t he way also can prepare her mentally to standby her turn. My question  post to her "Today who takes bath first?" She always gave me the same answer, "Mei Mei first". I order to get her to take bath, i will bath Jeanne first, then follow by Carmen. But lately, they like to take bath together. So, i have to use a bathtub for them to take bath together and also to accommodate their floating toys. The bathtub is too small for both of them together, so Jeanne have to sit on top of Carmen, face to face. The play water together and happily!

My brother's baby

Yesterday my youngest  brother and sister in law gave birth to their eldest child......it's a baby girl! Everyone in the family anxiously waiting for the arrival of the baby since last month. We waited till the baby was overdue. Finally, the cutie-pie arrived.The mommy and baby are doing well, congratulations to both my brother and sister-in-law!

Company Annual Bonus 2009 ~ Dissapointment!!!

For so many years of my service in my current company,almost reaching 6 years in March this year, i believe that i did performed well. My salary got increase every year and my year end bonus also increasing annually. But lately, this year end bonus was given out late, I just got it yesterday. Well, it's a disappointment! I am getting less bonus this year, despite the company profit margin increase. Most of our colleagues were down because of this.

I have got lesser bonus than what i have expected, even the bonus rate are not being maintain as previous rate. What a F*CK! Luckily this doesn't happen to me only, in fact the whole company got affected. Heard that even some of the senior management also not happy about this arrangement, and only some (minority) of the senior management not affected by this practice.

After changing to a new department in this company, was thinking to quit my job previously, as i dislike my manager's way of handling things. After a few months there, i finally settled down, now everything goes on smoothly. I found my sense of direction and time passes really fast daily. In fact, i like my job. But after the disappointment, i have to re-consider my decision whether to stay on or not! STAY or QUIT?

My sister told me that she will go shopping after work, not coming back for dinner with us that day. She will buy supper for us tonight. Hubby called me to tell me that he will be late today, asked me to eat dinner at home or order take away food at home. So, i rather bring Carmen to buy some snacks at Burger King nearby and eat it in the playground while she can plays there. Me and her will be sharing a set of food and we've got a free sundae unexpected!

I accompany her there, we eat together and while she plays, i can go online with my new mobile phone.It's one stone that can kills two birds! Haha.....without wasting my time there with her.

2009

2009 seems to be a past and history by now. Well, when i review back my previous year, there were many things has been done and accomplished and there were many pending jobs that has not been done yet. It's a year that passes extremely fast. To look back for a review, there were events on every month that completed my 2009.

March 2009 : Celebrated Carmen's 2nd birthday & my sis-in-laws's wedding

Jun 2009 : Confinement in Malim Nawar & Jeanne fullmoon dinner
Jul 2009 : Send Carmen to school & Jeanne to nanny house, youngest brother's wedding
Aug 2009 : Hubby's Birthday & National Day & Getting a new car
Sept 2009 : Hari Raya Holiday, nothing special for this month
Oct 2009 : My sister's wedding
Nov 2009 : Deepavali & starts my duty in a new department in my office
Dec 2009 : Celebrated Christmas & Daddy's birthday & another new year ahead

Have you seen a FROG a.k.a "TIN KAI" (in cantonese) as big as this?

Last weekend, we went to a place called "Sauk", together with my parents and my in-laws. The place near to Kuala Kangsar, at the same time visiting my dad's friend newly open birds' nest house. It was the first day that it officially ready, we saw many swallow flying around the house, probably another successful bird's nest farm in town! We went there for another mission, to try out the hot pot frog, which is claimed to be famous there. We brought along the live frog obtain from my dad's friend, we consume immediately  a restaurant there and brough tback one live to rear in out bathroom for consume later.

It was amazing to try out a wild frog delicacy. It has been ages that i have not seen or consume a wild frog as big as this, live somemore. I can recall the last time we had it was during my teenager time, while i still in my secondary school, where my dad bought it from the jungle. My grandma was still around that time, she will slaughter the frog, and my mom will cook it. After chopping and cutting one frog, it is equivalent to a plate of a whole chicken, or even might be bigger! The frog meat is so tender and juicy! Maybe some of you might feel disgusting to see the wild live frog here. Myself see also scared, but eat, ok lar!

The Lost World Of Tambun, Ipoh

Year end just over. We enjoy public holiday almost on every week in December. That's why time passes faster without us noticing it. Time really flies! And because we have so many public holidays, the time passes faster than any other month. My sister came back from Singapore, brought her daughter to join us for a trip to The Lost World of Tambun, a place similar to Sunway Lagoon, which also developed by Sunway Group in Ipoh. The place "Tambun" is a famous place of the original 'Tambun Pamelos", now is an upmarket township, compared to previously, Tambun is a small Chinese community town.

It's our first time there, wanting to bring the kids to play water. My usual job is to keep an eye on them and i will be the one who take care of the baggage and taking care of my baby Jeanne. Jeanne will not be allowed to play in water, as she just recover from mild flu. Have to take precaution, not getting her sick again. So i just need to find a good spot and R&R there, while enjoying seeing all of them playing, not forget to entertain my baby Jeanne. I think everybody was happy with the trip, even we didnt make good use of the facilities there!
