Wall Sticker Fun

My favorite is the 1st set cartoon on top!

Lately i saw my sister in-law decorated her room with some wall stickers, which i love it very much. She got it from Ipoh. So, i requested her to buy me a few sets for our children rooms. Initially, i saw some cartoon wall stickers for children at Ikea many months ago, but the price is very expensive. I took to the counter, thought of buying already, but finally made up my mind not to buy as the cost is RM59.90 per set with a few stickers, not more than 10 stickers.

The beauty center that i normally go also decorated with Ikea wall sticker, which is very artistic. I went to Ikea to search high and low, also i couldn't find it. Finally, here are the other alternative for me to buy! Yet, till today, i cant find the pattern that i wanted for my master bedroom and also my living hall.

I and hubby spent almost near to 2 hours for pasting these stickers to Carmen's bedroom, to give her a surprise when she return home from Malim Nawar this coming weekend. We want to train her to be independent, sleep on her own, since she is already 3 years old. Hopefully she likes her new bedroom decorations and also the wall stickers, making it an ideal ambiance for a child to stay in!

The Grand Opening of Botani Curtain Decoration 04.07.2010

 We were there to celebrate!
Here are some of the samples i snap!

We went back Ipoh purposely on the weekend to attend the grand opening of Botani Curtain Deco on 4th July 2010, belongs to my sister and brother in law. Finally they make it happen. It's a great news. I would like to wish both of them Huge Success and All The Best!

I was amazed with my brother in law own hard work to decorate their shop, which i think is very comfortable and looks elegant. I like the curtains designs and wall paper very very much. I decided to ask him to do wallpaper in my master bedroom. He will plan his time and do it for me. *.*

Office Jail ~ After 2 Weeks (My Heartfelt)

These 2 weeks passed extremely fast, without me realizing it. My release from office jail (which i called it) will be in another 2 weeks time. I admit that i hate office job at first, but, slowly adapting to it, in reality, i can feel that i have learned a lot of the freight forwarding industry operation and also getting closer to my office's colleagues. Most of them treated me good, thank god, ease my worries of getting along with them!

I think i can cope on very well with the job, i never thought of i will be assigned to handle the company's VIP customer. It's not an easy task, but i think i can handle well, these 2 weeks was peaceful. Except that i am a bit slow in using the computer system of my company. I think i can do better in another few weeks time, by the time i back to my own department. I will be a better and more equipped person! I began to appreciate my office with loads of unfinished paper work! At times, feels headache also!

Balik Kampung 10.07.2010 ~ 18.07.2010

Carmen's favorite past time with Grandpa! They are buddies!

Carmen has been going back hometown with us on Saturday after our work. She wanted to stay at Malim Nawar with my in-laws, so i just let her stay there for a short break, as other children might have their school breaks, where she is in the daycare, she wont be able to have any break at all, except for Sunday and also public holiday. Pity her also.

Her days in "kampung" was very fun! She sleeps in our room with her grandma, and waking up next day for breakfast with grandpa. After breakfast, they will go strolling the town or market, i'm sure everyday she will get her new toys. Lunch either home cook or eating out. And she will take her short nap, waking up, another activity waiting for her, either to the waterfall or playground. My in-laws will usually bring Carmen out for dinner at restaurants and shopping after the diner.

That's her day in Malim Nawar, and now is the season for FIFA, she enjoy her night by watching the football games and observing the adults conversation about the games! She learned to name a few countries after she came back to us, her favourite team is PARAGUAY!

Blossom "Fatt Choy" Tree

This is one of the two "Fatt Choy" tree in my house compound for many years already ever since we moved in. This pot of tree has been bearing flowers a few times already. The flower looks like young baby corn yellow in colour as you can see from the pictures above.

Lately, it blossomed again! This is a very rare occasion, as some of the plants will never bear any flower for their whole life. We are lucky, and some believes that when flower of the "Fatt Choy" tree blossom indicates that good news will happen soon!

Order! Order!

Carmen surprises me when she can place order by herself during our breakfast time at our favourite mamak stall recently. I think she learn to speak Malay when she observes me placing my order everyday. I never believe my ears for what happen. The conversation starts like this when the waiter come over to our table to take order:

Carmen:  Baby Chair Satu!
Mommy: Dia mau Baby Chair

Waiter: Makan?
Carmen: Kosong Milo Satu! (normally we will order Milo Kosong)
Mommy: Milo Kosong Satu

Waiter: Makan?
Carmen: Roti Telur Satu!

Then it completes all  our order, but, Carmen refused to sit on the baby chair later, she told me that she is tall enough to sit on normal chair, where you can see that, after she sits on the chair, only her head can bee seen. Anyhow, she still able to reach for the food and drink!

Funny Expressions

Ever since Carmen started schooling, she began to shows some funny gestures and expressions. Although sometimes, she act a little bit boyish. When i had my breakfast with her few days ago, she started to show me some funny expressions, which i think is cute, i decided to snap down a few using my mobile. She has been doing it quite sometimes, without me really noticing it she has so many posts, whenever i wan to take pictures of her, she will post to me, particularly, using her hands and fingers.
