School Concert 2010

It has been quite sometimes Carmen and friends practicing their dance moves in school. I never know that their school concert is coming. I always see all of them dancing so happily almost everyday when i fetch Carmen home, till i receive a notice from school that they gonna have their annual concert on 30.10.10 at Pandamaran A School, Klang. Last year they have it in Crystal Cronn Hotel, but this time at a primary school nearby our neighborhood in the auditorium hall. I wonder how's the school looks like?

Woo......the school auditorium was fantastic. The school here are so high-tech, even it's only a primary school. Even they can cater for wedding function, as on the same day, there was a couple wedding event held there as well. It is totally different from school in Ipoh. My ex-school in Ipoh never have any hall! They have all necessary equipment, i can say on par with most colleges around KL.  

My in-laws came all the way from Ipoh just to give moral support to Carmen. Too bad, Carmen developed fever a day before the concert. I quickly brought her to see doctor and tried all modes to keep the fever away. Luckily her fever recovered on the actual day, and i permits her to participate in the event. I know it's gonna be a waste if she didnt attend, waste of her effort of practicing & preparation, as well as the teachers' effort. Finally Carmen success in doing all her dances. She have a total of 4 dances which featured Macarena, Para Para Sakura with 2 Indian Songs named Piya Piya & Shava Shava!

I am glad that i receive a new handphone from hubby today! I never thought of changing a handphone so fast. Hubby's old handphone started to give him problem lately, so he intend to change himself a new handphone, while his old handphone will kept for future use, in case of emergency. He still have another spare handphone prepared to pass to Carmen.

He just bought a new Sony Ericsson Satio, and he presented it to me, to my surprise. He exchange his new handphone with my Nokia Express Music 5800. I owned this Nokia handphone for my birthday beginning this year only. I am glad that he always let me have the better stuffs than himself, which means i am more important to him than himself ( i think so, from his action)! 

Carmen was so happy. She has been longing for a camera phone with games for quite sometimes already. We promise to give her one for her next year birthday, but, it came way earlier for her. In fact that i do not wish to give her this kind of luxury item (for a child) so soon, but her daddy is the main person who spoilt  her with too much of choices.I still remember i owned my first handphone during my college time, children nowadays really spoil by parents!

New Passport Application

I brought Carmen for the passport application once i know that either one parent can bring their child for passport application for our coming Guangzhou trip. Initially i thought only father can bring their child for passport application. I took Carmen the the immigration department in Port Klang for application very early morning to avoid over-crowded.

It seems like luck is on my side, school holiday started, but not so many people applying for passport. We waited for our turn, and after 45 minutes, everything was done, from application till the collection of the receipts, and the best thing was the passport can be collected within the next 2 hours. The passport fee also has been reduced, the charge for a child is RM100 for 2 years validity and RM150 for 5 years validity. I have chosen for a 5 year validity for Carmen. Nowadays, the immigration department is really fantastic! Improves dramatically! Thumbs Up!

Hubby finish his work late, so i decided to bath this 2 girls after they wake up from their evening nap, and bring them to the playground at our neighborhood for an evening walk and fun. I used a buggy to stroll down the road with both of them on a single buggy. It's easy for me to control their movement for safety reason. Going to the playground is their favourite past time activity nowadays when Daddy come home late.

There were time when i promise them that i will bring them to the playground if Daddy back from work late, but sometimes, when i just uttered the sentence, Daddy arrives at the doorstep. Carmen will cry! She knows if Daddy's back, we cant go, we have to be dressed up for dinner instead! I found Carmen reaction was funny, which i never think of it would happen : )

My Lumix Digital Camera Spoilt

I bring back my camera to live again!

I bought this camera for my wedding purpose in 2006. My first unit was also a Panasonic Lumix. My younger brother lost it during a trip to China. That's why i have to buy the second unit. It has been 4 years since. Now, Carmen and Jeanne has been playing with it so often, i think the camera has ended it's life, cannot stand anymore torture from both of them! I am so sad........

They drop the camera so often, the LCD screen is not functioning now. Only dark and blur vision on the screen can be seen. It can still be use, the pictures taken with it can still be transferred, but the screen is malfunctioning! It's not so convenient to use. So, what should i do? To repair or to buy another new unit of Panasonic Lumix? Sometimes, people tends to say "Old dont go, New wont come". I agreed, but, I decided to go ahead for a repair, which cost me RM240, while a new unit is about RM500 currently.

We are going back Ipoh for my cousin's wedding dinner on 28.10.2010. I was so busy entertaining my 2 princesses, therefore, not able to catch a picture with the bride and groom on my camera. Anyhow, i have the photos taken with them being tagged in FB using my cousin's sister camera. Not bad la......at least something!

This is a good opportunity to meet up with long time no see relatives and also i will have a meet up with my best friend, as she will be attending the dinner coincidentally invited by the groom! Glad that we are able to take some pictures together after the dinner.
