RM1 Only

 Lady's Fingers

 New species of vegetable

Spring Onion

What can you buy with RM1 today? With inflation rate and depreciation of the value of our money nowadays, you cant really buy even a plate of economy fried mee (in Klang Valley). But, it is different for me today. I went to the market (shop near my housing area) to procure some groceries.

My intention is to buy some lady fingers to cook for Carmen's lunch, as she requested from me eaarlier. After buying it, i saw a new type of vegetable for sell, i hold it, take a look at it and put it back. The seller told me that it's nice, and he left only one bundle, he say he give it to me for trying free! I was so reluctant to take, but he insisted. Maybe he recognize me as i buy from him quite often after i quit my work and cook at home quite often. Then, i ask for some spring onion availability, again, the seller said he only left a bit, and he give it to me for free!

What a day for me? Why am i so lucky today? Why RM1 seems so BIG (valuable) to me today?

Hello Kitty Bath

The cute HELLO KITTY bath I've got from Watsons

I  have seen this Hello Kitty shower for a few times in Watsons, but i never buy it, because i consider that it's expensive as the price is around RM20 per unit, with the shower foam most 300ml (i think so, i never check after all). But, today, Watsons are having sales on selected item. I bump across these items to be sell at discounted price, i managed to get 3 different designs. It is not only cheering up my bathroom, Carmen also very excited about it. She only want to bath using these shower foam!

I'm a hairdresser!

My mummy gave me FOC haircut!

We were in Ipoh for the past weekend during Agong's Birthday holiday. The highway sure will be very jam with high volume traffic. In order to avoid the traffic, we went back Ipoh on Friday afternoon, and come back to Klang very early on Sunday morning after breakfast.

Carmen has had her hair cut in Malim Nawar during her last visit. It seems nice. So hubby asked me to send Jeanne to the same saloon at his hometown instead of travel all the way to Ipoh to our usual saloon. I agreed. Unfortunately, the saloon only open at 10am. I decided not to wait, because the highway will start to jam very soon. I decided to make my own move!

I become a private hairdresser for Jeanne. I trimmed her fringe and a bit of her curly hair behind. Hubby become my helper at the side, directed me to cut here and there, I dare not trim so much. Luckily Jeanne sits properly inside the bathroom and sit still until i finished the haircut. Such a good girl, at least i can say she is a good girl at that moment!

Sharp Microwave for FREE

The Freebie courtesy of Hong Leong Bank!

The actual microwave looks like this!

While i was busy playing with my FB games since this morning, somebody press my door bell. I open up and find the Nationwide people waiting for me to to sign the acknowledgment for sending me the Sharp Microwave oven!

It is actually the redemption i made using my hubby's credit card account. I never have a microwave at home. I just wan a simple one to reheat the food (if any leftover). I rather use other utensils to cook. Thrust people said that microwave will caused cancer. And i may use this oven as a convenience product rather than daily use.

Now, i have to find a place to slot this equipment. Headache again. Where should i put the new microwave? I have power socket everywhere in my house, just that, where to find a cabinet or shelf to place this microwave?

This is my second time to Bangkok! The first time i was there before i get married with my boyfriend, which now he is my hubby! The changes are so obvious in Bangkok, Thailand. There develop in a very fast pace compared to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Last time we landed in Don Mueang Airport (the old airport of Bangkok), but this time, we were landed in Suvarnabhumi Airport (it's a totally new airport)! To me, both airport are much more better than our LCCT terminal and also KLIA. At least there have more luxury outlets to shop!

We travel in a group of 4 person; me, my sister, my cousin & his wife. We enjoy every moment of the trip. Just regret that we do not have enough time to shop more! We started up our day with the breakfast in hotel, which i can say that the food are in varieties, not too bad in staying in a 3* hotel. Next shopping trip, and not forgetting our dinner will always be the best part of the day......so enjoyable! Overall it's a shopping & eating trip!
