Time really flies, Baby Victoria is almost a month old now. We attended her fullmoon dinner in Ipoh. I wished that baby Victoria will grows up pretty & healthy!

I kept wondering, when will it be my turn? I have another 3 months+ to anticipate the arrival of my 3rd baby, somewhere in March 2012. I hope time will pass fast, so that i do not need  to suffer anymore of my back bone pain. I feel clumsy nowadays. I cant really control my movement better. I'm almost in the 3rd tri-semester of pregnancy by now. Hopefully everything going on smoothly for me and baby too!

Bird's Nest

Birds Nest for MIL this round

Lately the prices for local birds nest has been escalating, one fold cheaper compared to the previous year. There were issue of the nitrate contents in the birds nest, whereby China authority has been once temporary ban on the import of birds nest from Malaysia, and the issue has been resolved in a very fast pace. Nitrate content in natural birds nest is normal, just that it needs to be control to a permissible level for safe consumption.

I am lucky to get pregnant at this time, i can enjoy more birds nest at more reasonable price. But then again, it's not in my appetite this round. I know i need to have it in order for my baby to have beautiful skin complexions. So, I still buy and consume it. I bought a few batches from my Dad's friends who they are doing local birds nest farming at a very good bargain. We get it on a dealer price, prices ranging from RM3k ~ RM4k per kg, cleaned birds nest without any artificial coloring & preservatives.

My hubby also wanted to get some for my MIL. This round, i order some for my MIL. Everyone in my family also complaining not having a chance to buy the birds nest arrive, as  most of the time i grab all because of the irresistible pricing and quality! Nowadays, there are a few preggies in the family, it's baby booming season awaiting the arrival of the auspicious year of Dragon next year. Haha! My mom started to enjoy her life in having more good food intake, she started to have birds nest too!

We all travel back to Ipoh over the weekend to attend my hubby's youngest brother ROM on the auspicious date 20.11.2011 (Sunday) in Ipoh. It was very happening on that day. Many guests presents makes the hall crowded, yet still, the air-conditioner power is good enough to make everyone seated comfortably to solemnize the event. A few reporters from local publishing lines were present too, to make it a more memorable events for the newly weds.

It was a coincidence that i bumped into my sister over there. She brought along her princess Callis to attend her friend's ROM on the same day as well. Luckily the event is going on smoothly and we are glad that we can leave on time. Hereby, would like to wish the Just Married couple and happy and everlasting love!

Fried Luncheon Meat

Today we will continue  to have our home cook dinner again. We are gonna have the simple one. Fried luncheon meat is hubby and my favorite dish, most household will not cook this as this is a can food, can easily find it at those economic rice stall. I will cook it once a while only. Rendang Squid

Petai with Dried Shrimp

Sweet & Sour Pig's Trotter

Lotus Root Soup

Since my morning sickness has slowly disappear, now i can start back my usual hobby to cook for the family. I believe by now we all should have eat more healthy home cook food. Over the past few months, we have has enough of outside food for dinner. Eating out is a headache, we need to think of what kind of food to have and going merry go rounds to search for what to eat.

With all my heart, i plan to cook something Carmen and hubby favorite dishes tonight.  Carmen will have her favorite petai, while hubby is a meat lover, he will be enjoying the pig trotter. I am a simple person, i can eat a little bit of this and that to satisfy my hunger pangs. The most important is for them to enjoy my wholesome home cooked food!

An outing with Carmen 11.11.2011

Lunch at Black Canyon : The couch was too comfy, until Carmen can lie and rest her body on it

This girl was too busy checking out all the sauces & flavoring available

Carmen having her favourite soup

Carmen will be having Teriyaki Chicken for lunch

Not forgetting every child's favorite ~ Ice cream for dessert

This is the Tom Yum Udon i am looking forward

Joyride after lunch before we get back home

I have promised Carmen that i will pick her up from school after half day class today.I plan to bring her for registration at her new school, so called Little MBA, near our neighborhood. This school origins from Singapore and will be teaching in Singapore syllabus. We favour this pre-school even though its a bit expensive compare to the others as the quality is rest assured with strict control govern by a big organization in Singapore.

I called up the principal and make an appointment with them, but, to my disappointment, their 5 year old class for next year has been fully occupied. The only thing that they can assist is to put us in KIV list. *Sigh* I believe that chances are slim now. I have to look out for other opportunity available now.

Since nothing much we can do today, i bring Carmen to JJ in our neighborhood for a lunch at Black Canyon, as i have been craving to have their Tom Yum soup lately, follow by a shopping spree, ending with her joyride on almost all the machines available in JJ.

Breakfast @ Home 10.11.2011

 Sunshine Egg

Egg Tarts

 Frozen Roti Prata

Frozen Dhall

Carmen always like to have roti canai for breakfast, she has been asking me whether i know how to make roti canai. I told her i know how to make it (i play cheating with her), because i have bought some frozen roti home stored in the fridge. I can prepare for her anytime, and i did bought some frozen dhall to try out too.

So, i decided to make home breakfast today after much persuasion from Carmen. All the above was what we have had for this morning. The food looks nice, but, in fact, i dont really like it myself! I rather go out for breakfast as usual.
